OPE Update on Survey

The survey has been active for 11 days and we have had responses from 770 individuals and 115 agencies. We are humbled by the number of people who have been willing to share their time to complete the survey and excited to see the results. 

The survey will be open until Friday, October 7^th. The more people who take the survey, the more representative and impactful our report findings will be. We continue to ask for your help in raising awareness about the survey. We have sent survey invitations to the following types of agencies:

Centers for Independent Living
Chore Services Providers
Developmental Disability Agencies
Home Health Agencies
Hospice Agencies
Intermediate Care Facilities
Personal Care Services/Aged & Disabled Service Agency
Residential Assisted Living Facilities

Skilled Nursing Facilities
Supported Employment Services Agencies
Certified Family Homes
Respite Care Providers

We are hoping to get one person per organization to complete the survey. We have a unique link for each organization that allows for one completed response per organization. If you know of an agency that wants to answer those questions but can’t find or didn’t get a link, have them contact me and I will get them set up.
